Way to go Micah for best binder design!!! Actually he won for most unique design! The guys had some tough competition...... they did a great job, there was even a carpeted binder in the mix..... who knew you could carpet a binder........

Men's Fellowship Dinner

Tonight, the men from the Bridge prepared and served a wonderful Chicken Enchilada dinner for the Men's Fellowship Dinner. Really, really wonderful!! Pastor Nate's message was from Exodus, giving us encouragement to use our artistic (or whatever!) skills for the Glory of God.

All in all, an inspiring and fullfilling evening!!!

Celebrating success

Three Tuesday evenings a month we have a house meeting at The Bridge. The meeting is a place where people can talk about problems/concerns at the house. Two weeks ago we started handing out a trophy. This trophy will begin to be passed back and forth weekly depending on who has earned it for the week. Last week (week one) Dennis earned the trophy for hugely improved behavior, he went from zero t0 hero last week. This week the trophy is the mighty man of valor trophy and it was won by Robert Luther. Way to go Dennis and Robert............. Wonder who will get it next week...........? Check back next week to see.

The Bridge and some of the residents received a special thank you and certificates of appreciation at this past City Council meeting. The guys lead the Pledge of Allegiance as well. What a special honor....special thanks to Mayor Carmelita Garcia and PG City Council members. It is our honor to serve and be a part of the City of Pacific Grove. Thank you so much.

Trash Pick Up

The Bridge had a great time going the trash pick up with The Chamber of Commerce. After the trash clean up we were treated to Becklers, great food!!!!

Christopher - I knew you for a while, and though you've gone on ahead, I know that I'll see you again. Seems that we never really know fully the life that has been lived by anyone that me bump into. Even now, I am finding out more of who you were. (You're not the only carpenter in Heaven.) Moss Landing, I know, will never be the same without you. Thanks for the smile.
